1. We write your estimate. 

   1. If you have Progressive or Geico insurance, 

THEY must write your estimate.

1. We will gladly e-mail your estimate to you and your insurance carrier WITH your claim number.

2. Repair approved by insurance, check issued to you.

3. We need to receive a deposit from you to cover the cost of ordering parts.

4. Parts ordered.

5. Repair scheduled.

6. Remainder of payment and your deductible (when applicable) upon delivery.
